 Subsidies are based on your household income and family size. If you qualify, the government helps pay part of your monthly premium. We’ll walk you through the application and help you estimate what you could save 

• Open Enrollment: Usually runs November through mid-January each year.
   
• Special Enrollment Periods: If you’ve had a life event (marriage, new baby, moving, losing coverage), you may qualify to enroll outside of Open Enrollment.
   
• Medicare: Enrollment typically runs October 15 – December 7 each year, with some special enrollment opportunities as well.

• Marketplace plans are offered through Healthcare.gov and may come with subsidies if you qualify.
   
• Private plans are purchased directly from insurance carriers and may offer more flexibility.
